Abels Moving Services have been updated with news from Hapag Lloyd and UASC (United Arab Shipping Company) in connection with their completed merger.
News of the completion of the merger between the two companies has been released by a customer notice from Hapag Lloyd which can be seen below.
Within the information provided by the Hapag Lloyd customer notice it states that the new group will become one of the top 5 global carriers. The combined company will be more efficient with a larger environmentally friendly fleet of vessels.
The announcement of the completed merger was provided in a joint statement from Rolf Habben Jansen CEO Hapag-Lloyd, Jorn Hinge President & CEO UASC, Thorsten Haeser CCO Hapag-Lloyd, and Uffe Ostergaard CCO UASC.
